What about diversification?
It can be defined as "the process of entering new business markets with new products."
How does this relate to me? What the heck am I talking about?
My crafty little business SunshineDaydreamz needs some new ideas, new products, new (more) customers. Last week I taught myself how to make wire wrapped rings. It was fun. I have even sold a few already offline! This week I am working on using up some leather scraps - recycling. I have had ideas for a while now about what I want to do with some of the leather, so I finally jumped in!
Barrettes! I made barrettes.
New product = new buyers!
