
That's right, I lost 6 lbs. Yay!!
Why is it that my stomach still doesn't look any smaller? My legs, arms, and even my sides are looking better. Using my gym membership I do at least 75 sit ups & crunches 3 to 4 times a week. I'm doing cardio, weight training... exercise, stretch, sweat, yuck.
I have cut back on carbs, eat a salad at least once a day, drink water... cheat a little here and there.
Oh, well - I did lose those 6 pounds!
